I am Dmitriy. I do the estimate, and then I am on the ladder with my sons Maxim and Nazar until the job is finished. Olga answers the phone. Nobody gets subcontracted, nobody sends a salesman, and the person who quoted your house is the person holding the sprayer.

If it peels, cracks or flakes, we come back. No invoice.
Three years is longer than most crews here will put on paper, and it is the reason we spend two days washing and caulking before anyone opens a can. A warranty you honour is cheaper than a warranty you argue about — so we prep like we are the ones coming back.

Dmitriy comes and measures
No price over the phone on an $8,000 exterior. He walks the house, checks the siding and the rot, and gives you the price in writing.

A family crew
Dmitriy, Maxim and Nazar do the work, and Olga answers the phone and keeps the schedule.

Prep before colour
Two days of washing, scraping and caulking on a typical exterior. It is the part nobody photographs and the only part that decides how the paint looks in year three.
- 04
You pay at the walkthrough
No deposit to book. We walk the house together, you point, we touch up, then the balance is due. Zelle, Cash, Check.
Worth knowing before you book
What we are not
- We are one crew. In spring we are often two weeks out, and we will say so instead of promising Monday.
- Exteriors move with the weather. A booked date can slide by a few days when the forecast turns.
- We do not take roofing, major electrical, major plumbing or structural work — different trade, different crew.
- We do not take cards yet: Zelle, Cash, Check only.
