What Lynnwood houses need
Lynnwood grew out of Alderwood Manor, a planned farming colony the Puget Mill Company started in 1917, and incorporated as a city in 1959. Its population roughly doubled between 1970 and 1990 through annexations and new subdivisions. So much of the housing is 1950s to 1970s ramblers and split-levels, often in plywood panel or wood lap siding, on lots with older fences and trees.

Can you repaint a rental between tenants?

Not until the damaged sections are dealt with. Delaminated plywood will not hold paint. Those pieces get replaced or repaired, then the whole wall is primed and painted.
