Privacy policy

We are a four-person painting crew, not a marketing company. This page says exactly what happens to the information you give us.

What we collect

When you call, text or send the form on this site, we get:

• Your name and phone number, so we can text or call you back.
• The address or city of the job, so we can plan the visit.
• What you want done, and any photos you send.
• Your email address, if you give us one.

The site records anonymous traffic statistics — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from. That data is not tied to your name or your phone number.

What we use it for

One thing: quoting and doing the work you asked about. Olga texts you back, Dmitriy books the estimate, and the address goes on the schedule.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anybody.
• We do not add you to a mailing list or a text campaign.
• We do not pass your details to other contractors.
• We do not post photos of your house without asking you first.

If a photo of your job would help somebody else decide, we ask you, and the answer no changes nothing else.

Who else can see it

The form on this site is delivered by our hosting provider and lands in our email and our schedule. Those providers process the message on our behalf and do not use it for anything else. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

Estimates and job records stay with us while the warranty runs, because a warranty call starts with looking up what we did and when. If you never became a customer, tell us and we delete the enquiry.

Text messages

If you text us, we reply about that job. Standard message rates from your carrier apply. We do not send marketing texts, and you can stop the conversation at any time by saying so.

Your choices

Text, call or email and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form for this — it is a message to the same number as everything else.
