Handyman services for the list you keep putting off
Our handyman minimum is $150. After that we bill $95–$110 an hour plus materials, and most small jobs get booked the same week. Repairs and installs carry a written 90-day warranty, and Olga answers the phone from 7am to 9pm.

- 01
Send the list
Text a list, or tap Send a photo on this page and add a picture of each item. The more you send up front, the better the time estimate.
- 02
Get a time estimate
Each item gets a rough time and a note on materials, so you can see what fits into one visit.
- 03
Book one visit for several jobs
Grouping jobs into one visit is the cheapest way to use the minimum. A loose handle alone costs the same $150 as a morning of fixes.
- 04
Bring the right materials
Parts that are not already in the truck are picked up before the visit, not in the middle of it, and billed as materials.
- 05
Do the work
Each job is finished and checked before moving to the next one.
- 06
End of the visit
Walk the list with you
We go through the list together, and you see what is done and what, if anything, needs a return trip.
The best use of a handyman visit is a long list. Save up the small jobs and book them together.

What counts toward the $150 minimum?
Time on site. If your list takes less than the minimum, you pay $150; if it takes longer, the hourly rate applies after that. Add more small jobs to the same visit to get the most out of it.
Do you do plumbing and electrical?
Minor work only: swapping a faucet or a light fixture, fixing a running toilet, replacing an outlet cover. Anything that means new circuits, moving pipes or opening a panel is for a plumber or electrician, and we will say so up front.
Can you assemble furniture?
Yes: dressers, cabinets, beds, bunk beds and closet systems. Photos of several of those jobs are on this page.
What don't you take on?
Major electrical and plumbing, roofing, HVAC and anything structural that needs an engineer. The full list is on this page, so you know before you text.
Do you bring materials?
Common fasteners and supplies, yes. Specific parts, fixtures or hardware are either bought by you or picked up by us and billed as materials. We sort that out when you send the list.
Is handyman work covered by a warranty?
Yes, 90 days in writing on the repairs and installs we did. It covers our workmanship, not the parts or fixtures themselves.
