Dmitriy measures inside and out in one visit and writes a single estimate, with the interior and exterior as separate lines.

Plan the order around the weather
Outside work goes in the dry weeks. Inside work fills the days when it rains, so the job keeps moving.

Exterior prep
Wash, scrape, caulk and spot-prime. Rotten trim or siding gets shown to you and priced before it is painted over.

Exterior coats
Two finish coats on the siding, with trim, doors and railings brushed.

Interior prep
Furniture covered, floors protected, holes and cracks filled, trim caulked, stains and colour changes primed.

Ceilings first, then two coats on the walls, then trim and doors in a harder enamel.

Is it cheaper to do inside and out together?
It is simpler, and one crew means one schedule and one person to call. The estimate shows each half on its own line so you can compare it with pricing them separately.
What if it rains in the middle of the job?
That is the point of booking both. Exterior work waits for dry days and interior work moves forward when it rains, so the calendar keeps going.
Can we live in the house while you work?
Yes. Outside work does not affect the inside at all, and inside we go room by room so most of the house is usable every day.
Which warranty applies?
Exterior paint is covered for three years and interior paint for two, both in writing on the estimate. The warranty covers peeling, flaking, blistering and failed seams in our work.
Can we pick colours as we go?
Choose the exterior colours before we start, especially if an HOA has to approve them. Interior colours can be decided a room at a time, as long as the paint is ordered before we reach that room.
Do you repair siding and trim as part of the job?
Yes. Rotten boards found during prep are shown to you and added to the estimate before they are painted over.
