Areas we serve
We work an hour's drive from our own driveway. Not a mile further.
One crew, one truck, one route — so the map has an edge. Everything here is inside sixty minutes of Mill Creek, which is what lets Dmitriy come back for a warranty touch-up without it turning into a whole day.

10–25 min out from Mill Creek, WA
Zone 1 · home turf
Straight up and down I-5 — the crew is home for dinner.
Mill Creek
Snohomish County
Where the truck sleeps. Cedar siding, HOA colour rules, tight repaint windows between rains.
Mill Creek page →
Bothell
Snohomish County
Nineties hardboard siding and a lot of north-facing walls that hold moss.
Bothell page →
Lynnwood
Snohomish County
Older ramblers and rentals — interiors between tenants, usually on a deadline.
Lynnwood page →
Everett
Snohomish County
Craftsman trim, lead-era layers, plenty of fences that need posts before stain.
Everett page →
Edmonds
Snohomish County
Salt air off the sound eats south and west elevations first. We prime those separately.
Edmonds page →
Mountlake Terrace
Snohomish County
Small lots, short exteriors — often a two-day house with the deck done the same week.
Mountlake Terrace page →
Kenmore
King County
Lake-side lots, big decks, cedar fences that come to us grey and fuzzy.
Kenmore page →
25–40 min out from Mill Creek, WA
Zone 2 · across the lake
Down 405 or over the bridge — one earlier start to miss the traffic.
Seattle
King County
Older stock, ladders over hedges, street permits when needed.
Bellevue
King County
Larger exteriors, two-storey spray work, HOA colour approvals.
Bellevue page →
Kirkland
King County
Waterfront decks and rails — sanding season is short, we book early.
Redmond
King County
Newer fiber cement — cleaning and caulking matter more than coats.
Woodinville
King County
Long cedar fence lines and outbuildings, usually priced per linear foot.
40–60 min out from Mill Creek, WA
Zone 3 · south end
Past Seattle, both counties south — booked as whole weeks, not day trips.
Shoreline
King County
The line between the counties — mid-century homes with short eaves.
Mercer Island
King County
Steep lots and tall elevations — scaffolding days, not ladder days.
Issaquah
King County
Newer developments up against the trees — moss and shade on the north side.
Sammamish
King County
Big plateau houses, tall gables, long fence runs along the lot lines.
Renton
King County
A wide mix of ages — from post-war blocks to new infill, block by block.
Newcastle
King County
Hillside decks with a view and rails that take the weather first.
Tukwila
King County
Rentals and duplexes — interiors on a turnover clock.
Burien
King County
Older bungalows near the water, wood windows that need putty before paint.
SeaTac
King County
Rentals around the airport — fast interior turnarounds between tenants.
What the zone actually changes
Price — nothing
$3 per square foot interior in Everett is $3 per square foot in Renton. The travel is our problem, not a line on your estimate.
Estimate visit — a day or two
Zone 1 usually next day, Zone 2 within two, Zone 3 on the next day Dmitriy is already working south.
Small jobs — a minimum
A single $150 handyman visit is Zone 1 and 2 only. Further out we bundle it with a bigger job so the truck makes one trip.
Will you really drive that far?
Yes, for a house-sized job. We have painted across all three zones — booking Zone 3 work as a full week is exactly what makes an hour of I-5 workable.
Do I pay for the drive?
No. The same starting rates apply in every city on this page: no travel line, no fuel surcharge. The distance costs us time, not you money.
How long before someone measures?
Dmitriy comes on the next day he is already working in your direction — usually within the week. Olga gives you the actual day when she replies.
Same crew every day, or whoever is free?
The three of us, start to finish. Once a Zone 3 week is booked it is not split across other jobs — that is the whole reason we book it as a week.
My city is not on the list. Can you still come?
Ask anyway, and expect a straight answer. We have gone further for a big exterior or for a house we already painted once. For a half-day job an hour out, the honest answer is usually no.
