Talk to a human, not a call centre
Text Olga. She is the one who answers.
One number, one person on it. Text her the address, what you want painted and roughly when. She usually replies within minutes and books Dmitriy for the estimate. Rather talk? Call the same number, she picks up.

Same rates in all three zones — the only difference is how long the drive takes, and that is our problem, not yours.
Zone 1 · home turf
10–25 min away
Straight up and down I-5 — the crew is home for dinner.
Zone 2 · across the lake
25–40 min away
Down 405 or over the bridge — one earlier start to miss the traffic.
