What Edmonds houses need
The Bowl, the slope that runs down to downtown and the waterfront, mixes condos, cottages, townhomes and view houses, with big changes in elevation from one street to the next. Why is only one side of our house peeling?
Usually because it faces the water or the afternoon sun. Those walls take far more weather than the sheltered sides. The fix is more prep on that side, not a thicker coat everywhere.
Can you stain a raised deck with long stairs?
Yes. Raised decks take more setup and more care with the railings and stairs, and that is measured at the estimate so it is in the written price.

How often do houses near the water need repainting?
