We are three painters and one dispatcher, not a franchise with twelve divisions. That is the point: Dmitriy quotes the job, Dmitriy is on site for it, and the list below is short because it only holds work we do ourselves.

What we paint
Same crew and the same prep standard on all four. Rates are starting points — the walkthrough is what turns them into a number.

$3 / sq ftWalls, ceilings and trim, with the furniture covered and the floors papered.

What we fix before we paint it
Usually these come up during an exterior estimate. You can also book any of them on their own.

Soft boards, loose rails, rusted fasteners — replaced before they are a rebuild.

Handyman work — the list that is too small for a quote
One visit, one price, starting at $150 for a half day. Write down everything on the list before Nazar arrives — the fifth item costs much less than a second trip.

What we do not do
Roofing, electrical, plumbing behind the wall and structural work need a different crew, and we would rather say so than learn on your house. Ask Olga anyway — Dmitriy usually knows who to call, and there is nothing in it for us.

Four rules that do not change with the service

Prep is not optional
Washing, scraping, sanding and caulking sit inside the rate and cannot be declined to save money. It is the only part that decides whether the paint is still there in five years.

A family crew
Dmitriy, Maxim and Nazar do the work, and Olga answers the phone. No subcontractors.

A written price
Every job gets a written estimate before work starts. If we find hidden rot, we show it to you and price it before fixing it.
- 04
Three-year warranty
Peeling, blistering or flaking inside three years and we come back and redo that section. No invoice, no argument about whose fault it is.
