TV mounting on drywall, brick and over fireplaces
TV mounting runs $150–$300 depending on the screen size and the wall, and cable concealment is extra. Most mounts get booked the same week and take part of a single visit. The work carries a written 90-day warranty.

TV mounting we have photographed
Before
After Everything the job includes, in the order we do it
- 01
Tell us the TV and the wall
Send the screen size, the wall type and a photo of where it is going. That is usually enough for a price.
- 02
Pick the height and position
We hold up the position with you before anything is drilled, so the screen ends up where you actually watch it from.
- 03
Find solid backing
The bracket goes into studs or the right anchors for the wall. Drywall alone does not hold a TV.
- 04
Mount the bracket
The bracket goes on level. The feature-wall job in our photos shows this stage.
- 05
Hang the TV
The screen goes on the bracket, is checked for level and locked in place.
- 06
Deal with the cables
Cables are tidied along the wall, or hidden in the wall if you have asked for concealment.
- 07
Same visit
Test and clean up
We switch everything on with you, clear away the packaging and vacuum up the dust.
The mount is only as strong as what it is screwed into. Finding the studs takes longer than hanging the TV.

What tv mounting costs
Bigger screens, brick or stone, and mounting over a fireplace sit at the top of the range. Hiding cables inside the wall is priced on top of the mount.

TV mounting runs $150–$300 depending on screen size and wall type.
Can you mount a TV over a fireplace?
Yes; there is one in our work photos. Check the TV maker's guidance on heat first, and think about viewing height: over a fireplace the screen sits higher than most people expect.
Do you supply the bracket?
Tell us when you book. Most people buy a bracket rated for their TV's size and weight. If you would rather we bring one, say so and it goes on the estimate.
Can you hide the cables in the wall?
Usually, yes, depending on what is inside the wall. Concealment is priced on top of the mount.
What about brick, stone or a slat wall?
Masonry takes different anchors and more time, so it sits at the top of the range. Slat and panel walls need the bracket to reach the framing behind them. The TV in our photos is on a slatted feature wall.
Can you hang shelves and pictures at the same visit?
Yes. Anything beyond the mount is billed at the handyman rate, so a longer list in one visit is the better deal.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
The mount and installation: if the bracket loosens or the TV shifts, we come back and fix it. It does not cover the TV or the bracket itself.
